Job Responsibilities

As a staffing administrator, you will coordinate and plan schedules for the organization's units in collaboration with unit managers. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility who is driven to work meticulously according to applicable laws and regulations. With us, you will be part of a team where we together create order and clarity in our work.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading schedule planning for the organization
• Reviewing needs and possibilities together with unit managers
• Presenting proposals for sustainable and effective planning
• Monitoring and following working time regulations
• Implementing decided solutions together with unit managers
• Working with the organization's staffing assistant for effective daily staffing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the systems we work with, e.g., Heroma and TESSA
• Experience in staffing for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in complex staffing planning and who has experience independently driving and planning their work in collaboration with others. You should have the ability to understand the core operations and a good understanding of the opportunities of digitalization.

As a person, we believe you are structured, analytical, solution-oriented, and have a good financial understanding. You also have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective and enjoy being challenged. It is also important that you thrive in creating good dialogues and collaborating with others.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment, full-time. Daytime. Start date according to agreement.
